Envy, one word that describes what I feel right now, I envy those lovers who can be together during this day. I envy those lovers who can simply greet their love ones a Merry Christmas or just say I love you in this very special day. I hate when I read posts in social networking sites about how they spent their holidays with the one they love, the one who can complete their holidays just by being with them.
Tonight I’m facing my computer writing and complaining how I miss my girlfriend and how I spent my Christmas without her. It hurts when stuff like this happened, earlier this year when I first experienced this kind of scenario I just thought I can get used to this feeling, this emotion that I can feel right now but every time it happens still the same amount of damage is occurring inside my heart.
I don’t blame my lover about this scenario, because I know she can feel the hurt inside her heart too just like what I feel right now. The thing is I don’t get it, why us? Why can other lovers be together during this wonderful holiday? Is that fair? I know we must focus on our study and finish our education first before we take our relationship seriously but we cannot predict what’s going to happen in the future. Life is too fragile that’s why we need to slow down and think first before we act according to the elders. They said we must wait for the right time, in the right place to do the right thing but my respond to this saying is no one can ever predict which the right time is. What if I let her go right now, wait until we can finish our studies? After that when we bump to each other in the future, in that very moment somebody just stab me in the back. Oh what a life it was? a total waste of time waiting for the perfect time, in the perfect place to do the right time just to get stabbed by a weirdo who wanders the streets with a very pointy katana, How was that perfect?
A lot of people believe that we already have a future so all we need to do is to go with the flow and wait for the perfect time, perfect place to do it. Just there sitting, waiting and distracting yourself until that very moment comes but for me, waiting is just a waste of our valuable time, life is too short for us to wait , if you feel like doing things right now and everybody just want to hold you back , DO IT or regret it for your whole life. I know our God had already written our destiny but all I know is our God is mighty enough to wrote billions and billions of possibilities of how our life will surge. It’s us who will select our destiny so I must say forget about the trials, forget about the obstacles, forget about the hurt inside this aching heart, I will fight for what I feel because this is my way of living my life to the fullest.
